Chicken Dahi Lapeta




Non-vegetarians whenever go to any restaurant, I think they don't prefer to eat vegetarian food. Story is same with my family, they just cannot eat vegetarian food at the restaurant. My brother says that his food pipe gets chocked every time  he see vegetarian food 😆😆😆. So, this starter always works for such hardcore non-vegetarians.

Recipe is simple but trust me the outcome would be amazing.

Serves:4
Cooking time: 20mins


Ingredients:

* 500gms Chicken
*7-8 tablespoonAll purpose flour
*2 tsp Cornflour
*1/2 tsp  Garam Masala
*1 tsp ginger garlic paste
*Salt to taste
*1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
*1/2 cup Water
*1 tsp Soya sauce
* 1/2 cup Curd
* 1/4 tsp of sugar powder
*1 cup Onion rings
*1/2 cup melted Butter
* 1/2 ltd oil
*Sliced green chilli
*1/2 tsp  roasted cumin powder
*1/2 tsp Chat masala
To Sprinkle:

Chilli powder
Roasted Cumin Powder
Chat masala


Method:

Take a bowl, add all purpose flour,cornflour,garam masala powder,salt,ginger and garlic paste, red chilli powder,soya sauce and make a thin paste with water. Put chicken in the paste and mix the chicken well. Now heat a pan with oil and deep fry the chicken and put it in a bowl. To the fried chicken pour butter and mix well.

Now, In a separate bowl take curd, sugar,salt,chilli powder,roasted cumin powder and chat masala. Now, mix them well.Add add the prepared curd to the chicken and mix it well.Now add onion rings and green chilli slices,give it a mix.Put it in a serving dish.Finish the dish with sprinkle of Chat masala,Chilli powder and roasted cumin powder.
